We welcome new members at any time, although the membership year is the calendar year. The Friends of Leverett Library is a 501c3 non-profit organization and all dues and donations are tax deductible. You can print the membership form below, or you can get one at the circulation desk. Checks should be made payable to Friends of Leverett Library You can drop off your completed form and dues on your next trip to the Library or mail them to:
