Exercise
Dvora Eisenstein is offering qigong online. Mondays, 10:30-11:30, with social time 11:30-12:00. Please feel free to join anytime. This practice is suitable for all ages and all levels of ability. If you are able to stay for 'social' time, Dvora invites you to make it about connection, sharing of resources, asking questions of one another, expressing feelings and whatever else is wanted and needed.
